For the Craps Players in the Crowd

Re: For the Craps Players in the Crowd

Impossible to beat craps without dice control over a long period of time.

There is no dice control, other than introducing rogue dice into the game. There aren't a whole lot of dice mechanics who can pull that off with 2011 security technology.

The "dice-setting" fad of the last decade was just to give hope to the unwashed and sell a lot of books and seminars. Even Wong touted it before (after many book sales later), he kinda sorta "recanted."

The Scoblete seminar angle was even funnier. Getting these marks to pay umpteen dollars to learn to control dice. Geesh. And he would hold these seminars at the very casinos he was supposedly teaching these goofballs to beat. Hopefully, the casino paid him per head for every warm body he persuaded to come to their property. I don't remember any casinos rushing to put their craps tables in the storeroom when he showed up.

I have never believed "dice control" to be a viable, legit endeavor. But that Japanese fellow I mentioned earlier in the thread sure made me think twice about it.

You're wasting your time, Ajay. Focus all of your energy on Sportsbetting.

Again, I love to play Craps when I'm in Vegas, but only for fun. I go in limiting myself to a certain amount... if I lose it... that's it. But you're not going to find an advantage situation.
