The problem anyone in poor health has is that they usually stay indoors in a bed 24/7 which is exactly the best formula for a quick demise. Sunshine and movement are two keys to a very long life. And no one knows this better than me. My sister Louise had Alzheimer's. She was living in Pompano Beach, Florida. She almost never got outside and stayed in a bed all day long. One day a friend came to visit her and took her to the beach. She spent the day outside moving around and soaking up sunshine. When she returned home she was a new woman--speaking more clearly and with renewed energy! But it didn't last long as she didn't leave her room again. She passed away in less than a year.
