Guy was a drunk in school probably still drinks who knows. But he has been through a half dozen background checks for every major postilion he has held over the past 3 decades. NOTHING was brought forward in any of those. Now right before the Dems are in dreamland thinking theyre going to take control they start throwing out name after name after name of randoms who dont even have a digital footprint in this day and age. There were two photos of this woman on the internet before she appeared today and one of them was some cropped yearbook photo someone posted from her yearbook. The other was a face shot with sunglasses on. This person they threw in there today could be anyone. (Alex Jones conspiracy).

Regardless its all about stalling and hoping they can delay it until after the mid terms and then the seat stays empty until they (dream) a Dem gets in as president in 2020 and they can nominate some socialist scum in there.

If anything you see just how despicable and corrupt the left is. And how they all unite (even when they dont believe any of it) when their told to. You could see that Senator from Minnesota skin was crawling because she was being forced to ask this guy ANYTHING negative. She was as close to 'neutral' as she could get. Basically towing the 'we want an FBI investigation' nonsense they have tied their wagon to. The guy has had at least a half dozen FBI background checks. The same FBI that has been weaponized by the left for who knows how long and they still couldnt invent things against him.

I wish something like "designate survivor' would happen and every politician and career criminal that is empowered by the people in this country would all just die in a massive explosion and we could just start over. Or these whack jobs really do go too far and patriots and REAL Americans start purging everything thats wrong with this country.

Trump wasnt the answer but he was definitely the catalyst that shows just how fucked up this country is on both sides. But it has really shown just how far the left was empowered with that thing we had in there for 8 years who did everything he could to undermine this country and fill it with peopel who hated it. Who are still there and still doing what they do.

I remember when Alex Jones coined the phrase 'deep state' and it was picked up by a few guys about 6 or 7 years ago. But it was at the time mocked and ridiculed as some right wing conspiracy. If he refuses a lie detector test, it will be in the FBI report. Then we'll see what, if anything some of the cultists in the Senate will do about it. I suspect very little but pass him through, but I'd like to be wrong.

A lie detector test is a no win situation. Can get a false positive if telling the truth (not saying he is) or he could pass the test and everyone will claim how many ways there are to beat it. It's why they are not permisable in court.

Right, but this isn't court. This is a job interview, with a much lower standard. His accuser has submitted to one. It's the least he should do, and a refusal would be a giant red flag. If one does a job interview, if enough red flags come up, you avoid that candidate, and move on to the next one. But it's a fixed process anyway. The outcome is already decided. They are not fully investigating the situation, and not even hiding how in the bag this is.

I don't think the refusal of a lie detector is much of a red flag. I think refusing the FBI investigation is a much bigger one. IMO he played this whole situation wrong possibly from bad advice. He has come across as a liar and a piss ant for lack of better terms. I think the whole process is a joke but I think he has done an awful job of making himself a desirable selection with his defensive and childish actions.

I have been the subject of these investigations and have participated in them. It is highly doubtful that the FBI will perform a lie detector test. And I doubt that Kavanagh will take one. He could not pass it.

He was crying during his hearing. That's what happens when you try and take away something from a privileged male. They cry. I love Parkland dad Fred Guttenberg's response and advice. "Justice Kavanaugh your life and family are not ruined. Try having a child murdered by a weapon you refer to as common use. You will get thru this and hug both your children tonight".
