LARCENY: Police are looking for a man accused of refusing to pay up on a $600 losing hand of poker at the Seneca Niagara Casino on Wednesday. Casino security said the suspect, known only as Troy, lost a game of poker around 7 a.m. but claimed the ?hand was dead? and refused to pay. After being ordered by casino personnel to pay or be banned from all Seneca casinos, the suspect reportedly took his $600 in chips and left.
