Dont ask me how but he has a cut between 2 of his toes and apparently it hurts bad.

Jack deserves a lot of respect but i dont need to hear him talk about hitting a 1 iron into some green 50+ years ago all the time.

I don't know about way to soon- he was up 2 with 4 to play. He missed a putt that he had made 500 straight times.

If I remember correctly, he was still up 1 when he had his last good lick at a booty on 16. People focus on the missed bogey putt but it was also a 3 putt inside 30 feet. Never should have happened. At least on 18, he was scrambling. 16, he made 2 good enough shots.

The PGA is once again forcing the top players to play in a shit tournament after a major. Rory should skip. Should have stayed yesterday and skip Thursday.

We all miss putts, I've stood over a 2 1/2 ft putt and been 100% certain I would miss(I did), you can excuse one of those missed putts, but not 2, he misses only 1 and it's still a playoff.

Poor Rory.

The factsman remains. LIV has no path to betting profit because of simple math. They pay the players too much. As long as the towel heads are willing to lose money, LIV will continue. It gives you an idea howid wealthy they are. Has to be deepest state pockets. Most normal billionaires and corporations would not be ok losing this much money. The only other league I can name ok losing money is WNBA and that's only because NBA pay their bills.

I'm totally speculating but shit PGA tournaments replaced with LIV during the season and they can do the same thing when there are majors. Have a 2nd minor league PGA same week. This would make it a clean merger and it is totally doable because of the low # of LIV.

Reports are Rory has been disrespected and marginalized because he's trying to get a deal done, he left that committee and then wanted back in and they(speith and cantalay) wouldn't let him. He might just send a message an say fuck it.

I've flipped on the CW a few times to try and check it out, but for whatever reason i'm not into it.

But i'm also not a huge gold fan in general. But i've have casually watched on a sat and/or sun a PGA event for a major, quite a lot over the yrs.

The LIV scoreboard is what i think is wild. It looks like a NASCAR race board. There's different colors and players names are moving up and down and there's different symbols and things going on. And it's pretty big on the side of the screen too.

I just haven't paid enough attention or really tried to understand all the details. Regular golf I understand what's going on. Plus there's teams, yet also individual play going on at same time? And longest drives and/or closest to the hole, for like bonus points?

But the one thing that still baffles me, is how the players are playing in both leagues?

Like how can you take massive Saudi backed money to play in one league, and then still get to play in major PGA events - when you feel like it?

Is there other pro sports leagues that have 2 different leagues, AND with slightly different rules of play where players(or teams) compete in both of the leagues AT THE SAME TIME OF YEAR?
