More Caitlin...

She should have told the WNBA to FO and tried to become a tennis player or golf. Even if she couldn't make it, would still explode her brand and not give these woke nappy headed hoes any ratings.

Imagine the hype of Caitlin playing in low level tennis and golf tournaments. I think she has enough natural talent to at least duplicate Jordan. He was ok. Didn't embarrass himself.

It's not about being successful. It's about profiting off your brand. She is going to be miserable in the WNBA. They all hate her cuz they ain't her.

I'm not sure if you are another Liberal poster. I'll give you the benefit of the omniscient doubt you are agreeing with me by being more specific.

Even her own teammate hesitated helping her off the floor after the cheap shot.

Disgusting, but really typical behavior.

What's most annoying is that if the roles were reversed, the entire media would be screaming racism. The WNBA would be pressured into handing out tens of millions to the usual race hustling organizations.

She is getting paid peanuts by the WNBA. Equivalent to working at McDonald's while being able to buy a franchise. Only reason is to play in the WNBA is basketball. She needs to get over it. Can play pickup games.

If Caitin isn't in the WNBA then her endorsements are gone. She is getting $76,000 as a rookie and her off the court money is probably in the $2-3 million range.

Is she playing overseas? Nope.

Is she playing in the 3 on 3 league? Well after 2 games of getting smashed by dudes she will reconsider her career.

She is going to adjust to the WNBA physical style. She comes off as being very alpha in terms of she is going to figure it out and work hard.

Tomorrow, Friday, they are at Washington as small dogs but off of four days rest. Let's see what happens.

I wouldn't want the chore to pick the Women's Olympic team. You leave Caitlin off and most will go nuts. You include her and the anti-Caitlin sisterhood rears it's ugly head again and says she's not deserving.

There's no joy in Caitlin's game.

She's hyper-competitive and super intense, so she's not wired to be smiling, laughing or joking while on the court.

Her brand would improve, if she relaxed just a little bit.

Of course, it doesn't help that she landed with the dysfunctional Indiana Fever franchise.

If I were Caitlin Clark, I would be "taking names and numbers" for later in my career.

In no particular order, she should deliver payback to at least three fellow WNBA players: Chennedy Carter, Angel Reese and wait for it...teammate Kelsey Mitchell.

Clark and Mitchell rarely work together on the offensive end of the court and neither player is interested in playing hard on the defensive end.

That 8 year $28M Nike contract makes up big time for her $78k salary. I don't care how great she played at Iowa, she's still a WNBA next level rook. She also needs to stand up to the cheap shots she receives.

I disagree with any poster who says Caitlin's brand relies on the WNBA. She is the brand. Plenty of other opportunities sports and non sports. She is going to be miserable playing in that nasty shit league. They all hate her (JK wait for it)

Cuz they ain't her!

John with some solid points.
We see videos of her signing autographs or taking group photos with dozens of young girls who are awe struck to be next to her. What you don't see, Caitlin smiling or appearing to be happy.

I 100% agree about Mitchell. She was the #1 option on this team last year and started this year with an ankle injury which gave Clark the keys to the offense. Kelsey hates that and you can see it by their interactions on the court. Rarely do they offer encouragement to each other in the form of high fives or slaps.

The locker room is divided badly and the current head coach is way over her heard in how to handle these personalities to get everyone in the right direction.

Need someone like the legendary Stanford.

head coach Tara VanDerveer, who had to navigate a ton of different personalities with the 1996 women's national team for the Olympic gold medal.

Christie Sides is more of a substitute teacher than a HC ready to lead a franchise.

Indiana can't be this bad with back to back #1 picks.

I have no doubt Clark is taking mental notes about who is going to embarrass once she adjusts to this style of play.

Yep, Boston is brutal on the low post, I can see we CC hesitates to give her the ball. I was curious about Cambage's whereabouts, because she
we be a great fit for Fever. I didn't realize she signed a million dollar deal to play in China.

Indiana should get their 3rd win. Finally got several days off so fatigue no factor. Meanwhile the winless Mystics in the second of a back to back. They held the Sky to 1 for 14 beyond arc and still lost by 8.

Yet is it worth a 4 point move?
I don't believe so
