Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

Interesting, I always look to the under first in NFLX.

Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

To me, it appears that these pass first offenses are making their way down to the 3rd stringers also. Instead of just coming into the game, handing off, grindin the clock and getting out of there, even the backups are running a full offensive package lately.

Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

they dont practice in pads nearly as much and don't tackle much in practice anymore due to the reality that concussion studies show football's long term effects on the brain are terrible

so you see so many defensive backs try to bear hug or two hand touch a RB or WR and with all the broken tackles, well its great for the over

Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

it really is amazing, professional football teams and they don't hardly tackle in practice. How are they supposed to in games?

Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

Good points Mr. Smith. Maybe the lack of practicing proper tackling is what is causing concussions? I saw a couple of brutal attempts by the deep reserves on the Cowboys D Sunday night. You only hurt yourself that way.

Re: NFL Preseason Totals Trending to the OVER

Mr. Smith and Ed good stuff!

You watch the missed tackles in these preseason games and you wonder if the backups just are not that good or if they have not been practicing tackling.

I read Andy Reid runs physical camps. One of the reasons I bet KC +3.5 tonight

State Champ I agree. Kicking myself for being a dick and not spreading 1* on the board to start out after doing all this work. Would have made a quick +4.9 already and quit it.
