Channel 3 just reported that Sacramento is the 10th largest market for people moving. Their source was U-Haul which keeps tabs on where people are moving. Rents are up 11%, new houses are being constructed, we're building a new downtown arena.

Things are looking up in the Golden State's capitol city. What ever happened to the California exodus?

The absolutely greatest thing about living in Sacramento is the tremendous diversity. The neighborhoods have a consistent mix of all different kinds of people that we can each learn from. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYXOAwpR0ww

You can still find your homogeneous neighborhoods out in the far reaching suburbs like Roseville, etc, if that's what you're into . . .
