For years Spurrier would outcoach Richt when they would play in those early season games.
Richt also got smoked by Clemson and Boise in big time early season marquee matchups in recent memory.

Guy is never going to break through.

Richt is a good man, not his fault. Wasn't a good hire, tho who else could they have got? The public perception is they were great last year and "back". reality is they were good last year. I bet them under 9.5 season wins, FSU +6 vs Miami a montha go I don't live in Las Vegas anymore to have personally hammered that when it came out +8

Ok - after seeing one game - predict LSU's regular season record and then Miami. Teams have come back from a bad first game and had a good season.

Throw in Forida State - did they just have a bad game or are they a bad team?
