I would really like to disagree with you in this statement but I can't. I wish there was a way to track NCAA refs as guys like Ted Valentine are HUGE homers or "and 1" refs based on the crowd momentum. Fact is that I won't know who the refs will be this Saturday so I won't factor that into my capping.
