Manly could be without powerhouse forward Tony Williams for up to 10 matches after he was charged with a dangerous throw in his side's 17-14 loss to Cronulla last Valentino Sandals night.

The NRL match review committee deemed the tackle a grade four dangerous tackle charge. If he pleads guilty to the charge he will be sidelined for seven games but will Valentino Rockrunner Sneakers be suspended for 10 games if he fights the charge and fails.

Sharks coach Shane Flanagan and Sea Eagles coach Geoff Toovey both said after the match that they did not think there was much of an issue with the tackle.
