Echeck is my favorite way to do transactions. The only negative I see to echeck is you have to wait 7-10 days to make a withdrawl as they have to wait for it to be totally cleared first. I like to move money around to different books so thats a downside for me. But not a big deal really, still feeless and very convenient. Olympic, sportsbook both accept. i think most do now actually

sportsbook.com accpets them, lot of people dislike this book, not one of my regualrs anymore but never had a problem with them, friday 5% is nice. also free fedex for any withdrawls over $500 is nice 4 times a month
