Drudge posted his manifesto, not that long a read, the shooter railed against both the democrats and republicans, had a bunch of left wing environmental stuff, didn't mention trump until the end, where he said he knows they'll try to link him to trump but said he has nothing to do with it.

The shooter is a white supremacist trump supporter who claims at the top of his manifesto that the shooting was inspired by Hispanics invading Texas. Of course he went out of his way to distance trump because he doesn’t want his racist cult leader to catch any of the direct fallout.

Of course it's not all his fault, but he is absolutely partly to blame. After Charlottesville he called the Nazis who marched "very fine people", can't you see white extremists feel empowered by this president, they know he's on their side, his non stop rhetoric about immigrants allows people like this shooter to feel emboldened, when you feel like the president is on your side, it's easier for a guy like this to rationalize killing a whole lot of brown skinned people. The president has created an environment where being a Nazi or white supremacist isn't a bad thing, when he starts a chant of "send her back" in regards to a foreign born member of congress, the white supremacists love it, when he talks about a ban on Muslims, the white supremacists love it, when he describes African countries as "shithole countries", the white supremacists love it, when he calls Nazis marching in Charlottesville "very fine people", the white supremacists love it. White nationalists have been waiting a long time for a president who thinks the way they do, and now that they have one, it makes it easier for them to go on these mass shootings. Do you think it's a coincidence that hate crimes are up almost 20% since this president took office? The white nationalists had to endure 8 years with a black president, and now that he's gone and they've got their guy in, they feel empowered, this is Trump's America, and it will only get worse while he's in office.

The shooter drove 9 hours to get to El Paso, which is close to Mexico, he could have shot up a mall closer to where he lived, but he wanted to ensure he killed as many brown skinned people as possible, so he drove those 9 hours to a city that's heavily populated by those brown skinned people and fired away. It's sick how the alt right tries to downplay this event as a lone crazy gunman with a mental illness, when the fact is he's a Trump supporter who felt emboldened by the president's rhetoric and constant railing against immigrants, in his mind he's doing what the president wants done, keeping as many brown skinned people out of the country as possible

I think most presidents think the way you describe Trump to an extent. The big difference is Trump has no filter for better or worse.

Yes, he did say that, that's not white supremacy however, flooding the country with outsiders is not the norm or natural course of history. Quite the contrary, it's a deliberate attempt to seize political power. The hispanic invasion he talked about is very real, people from central america dont belong here, they belong in their own country. Not a thing racist about that.

I don't think most presidents think the way this one does about blacks and immigrants, but even if they do, they keep it to themselves, they don't speak publicly about it, this one doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks about him, and he knows there's a large portion of his base that agrees with him, so he feels he can speak freely about his hatred for black and brown skinned people

I guess if there's no attempt to deal with the real issue, which is mental illness, the only alternative is to arm more people, more open carry, etc, every crowd should have a fair % of armed people, hopefully visibly?
