Circa's deadlines are as follows:
Two Christmas Games - Deadline is 3 p.m. (PT) on Tuesday, then games will be removed from website
Thursday Game - Deadline is 3 p.m. (PT) on Thursday as usual, then game will be removed from website
First Saturday Game - Deadline is 7 a.m. (PT) on Saturday, then game will be removed from website
The other two Saturday games kick off after the extended 1 p.m. (PT) deadline and do not need to be submitted earlier
Two Christmas Games - Deadline is 3 p.m. (PT) on Tuesday, then games will be removed from website

FYI from Westgate (Super Contest reboot) rules; Contest lines will come out at approximately 5:00 PM on Tuesday for Week 17. Also, Circa Million lines for W17 are out around 10:00 AM PT on Tuesday.

Just wanted to post that this is incorrect. Survivor deadline is 9:00AM Wednesday. All 45 picks are in.
Circa Million pick entry deadline is 4pm PT Saturday as usual.
Games starting before that (2 on Wed, 1 on Thurs & 2 on Sat) are taken off at the scheduled kickoff time of each game. If an early game is selected, all 5 must be entered at that time.

No, it doesn't apply to proxies. Proxies can have their own client deadlines to guarantee their pick submission
One bizarre condition/side effect/bug is described:
a. The Circa Sports mobile app geolocation software precludes a contestant who logs in from out of state for the purposes of viewing the contest lines and then subsequently having someone else (i.e. in this case a proxy) re-log in within Nevada to then submit their contest selections for up to thirty (30) minutes. This timeout period for location spoofing will in no way extend the Contest deadline under any circumstances. All Contestants are responsible for anyone who logs into their Contest account during the Contest selection period.
In fact, Circa Sports has a disclaimer that they do not mediate between entrant and proxy.
