Here is the next president of our country:

The reasons I think it’s Harris:

1. Female (don’t mean to be all captain obvious here)

2. Minority

3. Younger

4. High level experience to take over

VP’s aren’t selected to carry an individual state anymore. They’re now selected to check off boxes to fill demographics.

Nothing will drive little boy trump more crazy than a black woman mocking him on the campaign trail

From a NY Post article couple of days ago

Senior Democratic party insiders gave The Post the following odds:

• Amy Klobuchar 5 to 2

• Gretchen Whitmer 4 to 1

• Kamala Harris 9 to 1

• Tammy Duckworth 9 to 1

• Michelle Obama 15 to 1

• Elizabeth Warren 20 to 1

• Stacey Abrams 25 to 1

• Catherine Cortez Masto 25 to 1

• Michelle Lujan Grisham 33 to 1

• Hillary Clinton 100 to 1

• Andrew Cuomo 500 to 1
I WISH there was someplace that had The Ugandan Giant at those odds. Her actual odds are about +140,.

I think so. Huge service industry economy with little money coming in. A recipe for disaster if you're Trump.
The senior vote has turned on trump as well. Game over.

Im glad you made the point of our country being a service industry economy. That’s the basic point that trump never understood why we have a trade deficit and why a trade war with China was always doomed from the get go.

Study: Elderly Trump voters dying of coronavirus could cost him in November

An academic journal projects that deaths of 65-and-over Republican voters in several swing states will far exceed those of Democrats.

Academic researchers writing in a little-noticed public administration journal — Administrative Theory & Praxis — conclude that when considering nothing other than the tens of thousands of deaths projected from the virus, demographic shifts alone could be enough to swing crucial states to Joe Biden in the fall.

“The pandemic is going to take a greater toll on the conservative electorate leading into this election — and that’s simply just a calculation of age,” Andrew Johnson, the lead author and a professor of management at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, said in an interview. “The virus is killing more older voters, and in many states that’s the key to a GOP victory.”

Hilarious projection of Pennsylvania (using only social distancing) having 13,000 more Republican than Democrat Covid-19 deaths in that age category (>65). Current toll 1,713, but we know that major events won't be scheduled with fans until the fall at the earliest, and restrictions may not even be eased until June or later.

Total garbage.

From BBC

Trump added: "China will do anything they can to have me lose this race."
The Republican president said he believes Beijing wants his likely Democratic challenger Joe Biden to win in November's election.

Trump also said he is sceptical of data indicating Mr Biden would win.

"I don't believe the polls," the president said. "I believe the people of this country are smart. And I don't think that they will put a man in who's incompetent."
US media reported earlier in the day that Mr Trump had erupted at political advisers last Friday evening about internal polling that showed him losing in critical states.
His aides have doubts about whether Mr Trump will win crucial battlegrounds such as Florida, Wisconsin and Arizona, while some of his re-election team have all but given up hope of success in Michigan, according to the Associated Press news agency.
"I'm not losing to Joe Biden," Mr Trump reportedly said, inserting an expletive, during a conference call with campaign officials.

The US president also reportedly snapped at his campaign manager, Brad Parscale, who had called in from Florida.
He cursed at Mr Parscale and at one point mentioned suing him, according to CNN and the Washington Post, though it is unclear how serious was his threat of legal action.

Today he'll hold a presser kissing China's ass.

If his staff has given up on Michigan, he has only himself to blame.
