Bottom line is, Biden should stop undermining the health of the American people by interfering with our access to proven therapeutics like monoclonals—and stop your cruel joke of telling us we can take the highly effective therapeutic Paxlovid when you know it isn’t really available.

Correct, their argument is that the monoclonals dont work nearly as good against omicron - which may be true, but we also know that the vaccines dont work near as well either - yet they dont revoke their use permit.
By revoking the EUA while knowing that there are still people getting infected with delta, they can make it appear that omicron is still deadly - it must be omicron causing all these deaths, therefore we must maintain the fear, keep restrictions, keep vaccinating, etc.
