Hey pac congrats on the ducks win. Im a noob here and was just curious do you ever parlay games ever?
Hey Pac, love your picks and enjoy reading them daily and jumping on a few of them. But I was just wondering how was betting on hockey before they incorporated the shootout and still had ties? Did you go about betting on games differently or did you just use the same system you pretty much use today?
horrible call against dtroit at the end
bigcountry,
I've watched that replay over fifty times and still do not know where the infraction "happened"? Never did he bump, hit, move, touch, etc the goalie - he established the position first and got hit from the back. His skates weren't in the blue when the puck was crossing the goal line. Judgment call went against the Wings. This is the sort of thing that pisses me off, goals like that have been allowed/counted by the same striped jersey wearer this season. They were identical in every aspect - player established positive, skates above the blue, puck in the net = goal.
On a side note, you have to admire that Red Wing who took down one of their goons. He got in several solid good hits to the face/jaw. The thuggery play of ANA reminds people of the way the Flyers use to play back in the 70's - they think the stripes won't call every clutch, grab, high stick, etc so they go that route. Teams with inferior talent need to play that way to have a chance. Congrats to the Ducks, they won and those who backed them but this is far from over.
Don't take a month again. :LMAO
Couldn't have said it better PacMan. There was NO infraction, in fact the goalie was the first to initiate contact AS the puck was crossing the line, not the other way around. And the center was outside of the blue, absolutely Ridiculous call. I'm surprised that it came down to that point, but still unbelievable that the stripes make that call at that point of the game. The review and the commentators both proved it was a bad call. Amazing.
That fight was hilarious though. Parros is suppose to be the Ducks thug / enforcer and in both of his last two fights, he's been OWNED!! That Red Wing nailed him with some great rights and then totally face-planted him on the ice!
BOL the rest of the season!!

:+textinb3 :LMAO I won't pman I promise! I've just gotten to the point that if there is a hockey game on regular tv or foxsports I will watch some of it (this in large part due to the outdoor game over the holidays that was awesome!!!!) so watching that one yesterday was very exciting and I coudln't help but think of tim Donahe in the NBA when it comes to those one sided bad calls!!!
Good luck 2night! I've I wager on this one I'm against you, but I don't trust dallas that much either.:+clueless
