No I lift now and ride the bike a few times per week....got down to 150. 178 now but I've put on a good bit of muscle over the last year so a lot lower body fat %. Never gained any strength with lifting before because I was afraid of going back to what I was before.

Getting started is always the hardest part...hard journey but well worth it. No feeling better than a nice rewarding workout...more energy and upbeat. When I don't exercise for a few days I feel crummy now.

Yeah, it is but running on the beach sure beats running around the streets. :houra

Haha the beach is not across the street. It's a 20 minute drive. I dont want to drive 20 minutes just go go for a jog. I'f I'm going to drive to the beach it's gonna be to relax and soak up some rays. I'm not fat or overweight, but lately I dont do anything healthy except for fucking or shooting hoops every now and then. So yeah, maybe the beach idea is a good one.

D.O.G. they banned alcohol on most of the beaches here. 2938u4ji23

PTR simple math shows that fucking>running...whenever you can have 2 people and turn it into 3+ that has to prove something significant.
