Yeah everything is be's the locomotive here...railroad is all this town has. Hotel we stay in used to be Howard Johnson and now is Locomotive as well. Next to locomotive bar and casino.

That is what you click...click user cp to the right of your username at top of the page, then click edit avatar, then click use custom avatar, then insert the url into the box and click save.
