I don't care about accusations about drug use or no driver's license or being a wigger or whatever because all of that is none of my business but I did tell Mo on the board, in the conference room and over PM his roll is not to argue with posters. My point has always been he's the boss and bosses don't argue with people. Bosses make decisions and people act. You don't insult your co-workers or customers because it's simply unprofessional.
He's never agreed with me on this point. As much as I think Wil is entirely too controlling at the RX I do appreciate the professional side of handling arguments/discussions.

I posted a bit ages ago when Ken wasn't even around when it was The General and Dirty. I then stopped for awhile and then started again last year. I brought ideas to Ken's attention including the Doc's contest and the Media Room. I've told them to do about 2-3 other things that would be good but they ignored those thoughts. It took about 3 times for me to say we need a media room for them to actually listen.
I was invited into the CF and posted in there a bit. One day I was absolutely blasted by MO in the main forum. He sent me a very scathing PM that I've since deleted. It was then at that moment that I said to myself "WTF? I'm running the CFB and NFL Doc's contest for free using about 6-7 hours of my own time each weekend and I get talked to like this? Would OSU or Ballwonder get talked about like this? I don't think so and I don't need this shit."
So, I posted a message in the CF to remove me from posting there and find someone else to devote their time and efforts to running the contests. And that was that.

Now that I know you still feel the same way then I guess I know how you really feel still. It will take time but you will gain experience as you get older.

Conference room access only gives a person access to the place where we sign in and out, discuss issues that arise, and pass information back and forth between moderators.
Nothing too terribly exciting back there, however it is considered a privilege and those that are invited back there are asked to not say anything about what is said back there to anyone not back there.

Blondie, my feelings on this subject are common knowledge. I've said this to MO plenty of times all over the board. This is nothing new. I've said it to him in the main forum and over PM.
There are plenty of things said in that room that are not on the main board and I've talked about none of that and never will.
Blondie, my feelings on this subject are common knowledge. I've said this to MO plenty of times all over the board. This is nothing new. I've said it to him in the main forum and over PM.
There are plenty of things said in that room that are not on the main board and I've talked about none of that and never will.

When you were brought back there it was under the pretense that you had enough common sense that the information back there was to remain private and you also should have been told.
We are not discussing anything too exciting back there, however if we wanted it posted on the main board we would post it on the main board.

I am aware of a lot of things that are back there, more than you even know. However, the best example I can think of is this... Does it make you less of a thief if you steal a cookie than if you steal a car?

Then I am personally asking you as tactfully as I can muster to stop telling me how to do my job.
That is what royally pisses me off about you. You sit there and post about what we should or should not be doing as the majority of your posts.
It gets old. Then you go to another site and complain about the same thing you have posted here.
It gets to the point where it is nothing more than irritating.
We don't want to listen to you because all you do is complain.
We get tired of being told we are doing a shitty job or that this needs fixed or that something else needs done.
There are two paid mods. Myself and Mofome. The rest are volunteers.
We get done what we can, and frankly the last thing we need is someone else telling us what we have done or not done that has failed to meet their standards.
THIS is why I said have a good night, before I finally decided screw it and told you exactly what pisses me off about you on a regular basis.
I know what my job is around here and it would be a hell of a lot more enjoyable if you would stop complaining about every little thing that you don't think is done the way YOU think it should be done.
In other words... we heard you the first 20 times you complained.
