Andrade is mentally weak dyke, way too small to be fighting the russian

I think she is the best fighter in the division. I wagered on JJ vs Zhang and thought JJ won. Close fight, wasn't mad with the split decision. JJ looked to be the superior striker but Weili had the power. I think Rose can bring all the problems JJ did with better footwork, more power, and more creativity in her striking. When you watch Weili or JJ strike they are very fundamentally sound technical fighters. Their movements are predictable/traditional and almost linear in nature. Whereas Rose is a little more unorthodox and seems to flow with the strikes thrown at her. She uses a variety of counters, creates angles in the pocket with her feet, and just brings alot more elusiveness and danger to the mix. If you were able to watch Almeida vs O'Malley, both are very high level strikers but its becomes evident very quickly which fighters movements are harder to read.

Generally there are always questions when the big underdog is challenging for the strap. How will they perform on the big stage and do they have the stamina to go all 5. Rose has already proven both.

Outside of power I really have a hard time finding where Zhang is superior to Rose (I don't think Zhang is the powerhouse Andrade is either). Alot is being made of Zhang's power and I think she is strong but she only has one knockdown in her UFC career and only 2 finishes through 5 fights (With JJ and Andrade being the only legit talent she has faced). I expect Rose to be the quicker fighter, be more elusive with her footwork, use distance more effectively and be the far better striker. My expectation is Zhang will try to be heavy on clinch work and takedowns. Rose is very slippery on the fence with the way she frames and evades and/or mixes in submissions. Her BJJ is nice, my hope is she doesn't spend too much time searching for submissions and instead uses her energy just trying to get to her feet. I could be way off here judging by the way the market is moving but I would line this fight somewhere is the -130 to -150 ballpark for Rose.
Like a boss....

I think Masvidal is gonna take more risks. He knows he cant win a decision vs usman. If it goes 5 usman most likely wins. Masvidal is also fighting behind home crowd needs to put on a show. His star power wilts if he doesn't continue to win. Expect usman to look for a finish too. Taking alot of criticism as being boring to win vs a guy like Mas. Kamaru also does not have a broken nose this fight. Expect him not to be as conservative as well. Both can easily finish imo.

I think this win over Masvidal is overrated but there's no question Usman is getting better. Hope he doesn't fall in love with his hands. His grappling will always be his best asset.

Apparently should have climbed a lot more. That was a style mismatch. Last night was a great night.
Brendan was getting cracked in the first 30secs or so. I thought my ticket was about to be lit on fire. Finally wised up and shot for a takedown before getting KO'd. I am glad he got the finish via grappling and hopefully he starts sticking to his strengths.

I expected Crute to wrestle early and often last night. Didn't shoot til his foot went numb. Guys get KO's and forget what got them to the dance. Freak loss but hopefully he gets back to his grappling as well.

I thought there was a lot of value on Smith. Underrated fighter who has fought the best. Has had many impressive fights. Class was there.

I'd lay the number on Crute again. No hesitation. If he came out trying to grapple it would be the Glover Teixeira fight all over again

Yeah he took a few hard shots early but Roberson isn’t really a 1 shot KO guy. Once he wanted the TD he got it pretty easily.

I don’t know if he would smash Smith like Glover did on the ground. I do think Crute would win with a smarter game plan. His wrestling was easily good enough to get Smith down. I don’t understand why he didn’t go to it immediately.

Those takedowns he landed were also on 1 live foot. I personally think Crutes top game is extremely high level. Top control is very good, has a variety of submissions in his repertoire, and ground and pound is vicious. Most importantly, he can get guys down at will in order to execute.
