Who has the best EOG team?

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Just looking and throwing a quick lineup in tonight I think Hollis Thompson has to be a guy at 3800
Thompson and sessions tonight for me as cheap guys. I haven't had a chance to look over everything else and that could change. But I set two lineups to reserve spots early this morning and I used those two. Gotta do some actual work in the next few hours but should be back later with what I'm looking at.

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

I like Henderson if Lance Stephenson is out because he'll get all the minutes he can handle.
Hollis thompson/Frazier if MCW is out again.

I like Noah, because they can't stick Gasol on Davis, thought about Taj as well.

Crowder, probably will take him out, but don't mind him against the size on Milwaukee. May go Marvin williwams if I don't feel like Crowder

Couple points for tonight:

The Knicks have the worst 3 point defense in the NBA - they are horrendous. Shitty thing is it looks like Melo is not going to play, so this line should be 16+. That said, Curry in 30 minutes has a chance to have a monster game AND Curry LOVES MSG. I don't think I'll be able to set a lineup tonight without either Curry or Thompson. If they are up by 30 in the 3rd I'm fucked.

Philly has a bottom 3 post defense (the worst IMO) - Jefferson should be the focal point for Charlotte tonight. A 30-14 game from Jefferson is what I expect.

I doubt I'm going to start Crowder, but I have him in there right now. I don't like this match-up for Crowder - ever since Milwaukee put Giannis at PF their defense down low has been lights out and Crowder likes to operate inside 15 feet for the most part. I originally had Lance Thomas in there, but I need to get word on Amare and 'Melo first. I'll probably roll the dice and go with Hardaway Jr if Melo is out.

Part of me wants to start Stephenson over Henderson again - I hate Henderson, think he is terrible. I will probably end up starting Stephenson. Lance's ceiling is so tempting in the big tournaments. (This is assuming Lance plays, if not then obviously Henderson is the play)

I'd almost prefer if Sac made Ray the starter instead of Sessions. I think Ray has a much higher upside. I am of the opinion that Sacramento will respond positively to Demarcus calling them out. I also feel that Demarcus should have an absolutely monster game after calling out his team. Boogie quickly becoming one of my favorite players.

Anthony Davis probably shreds Pau, but that game last night looked like it took so much out of Westbrook and AD. That was about as high an effort level as I've seen this year in a regular season game. How can any basketball fan not like Russel Westbrook?

Brick, it doesn't look like these $200 ones at fanduel get bigger than 125k g'teed. If you want to do one of those tonight, let me know and I'll set a lineup. Otherwise we can continue to wait and see if they have a huge $200 sometime in the next month.

I may start Frazier over Sessions - I just have a hard time getting over how badly Frazier fucked me repeatedly in college - I must have been on PSU 10 times in his 4 years and I swear to god he shot under 10% in those games. :doh1

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Another guy that's not available on one of the sites.

Chris Johnson is not available on Fanduel - he's not listed on the Jazz roster. :doh1

He's probably going to start tonight, but you can't use him. Pretty funny.

edit: 10 day contract expired today. he's technically not on roster.

Ahhh, I was wondering where he came from, now I remember him from PSU. I hate Henderson with a passion, but tough to pass up and I have Stephenson on my Fantasy League and I think I bench him now more than I play him since he came back. Untrustworthy, but he'll play 18 minutes and get 2 pts 4 reb and 9 ast, but can't seem to get back in the good graces or healthy or whatever it may be. I'm hoping he gets traded so I can use him, When I drafted him I was expecting 14pts 6reb/6ast per game

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Johnson is avail on draftkings, may have to check that out as time gets closer, I saw Ingles go down last night, but wasn't sure if he'd be playing tonight.

Johnson was on 10 day contract that expired today.

Jazz are starting Millsap at the 2 tonight and they really have no one else. Problem is Millsap blows.

Alright, I sadly have to do floor work tonight so I won't be around when lineups lock so I'll probably get fucked by an injury or something.

GL tonight, and I'll talk with you guys tomorrow.

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Also, I don't like fanduel as much but I have money on there so might as well use it i guess. Was thinking about transferring it over to DK but I have enough there that it would be pointless.

I didn't own russel last night for first time in a long time. Amazingly enough, because other cheap PG'S had such high value last night, russel wasn't a must own. Guy who won the $100 didn't have him. I should have used plumlee or anderson and I would have finished 4th I think. Oh well.
Russ was 2% in one of my contests. I almost fell off my chair reading that

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

I made money on DK last night somehow. Placed in both the $20 entries with 254 and 252 (951st and 1030). I lost about $50 on fan duel because of AD injury.

Think I ended up like +$21 yesterday between the two sites but I'll take it considering I had AD I'm 3 lineups.

This was my best week of the year In baskets. Not a losing day and ended up +$4300 or so. That probably means disaster this upcoming week.

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

If Rudy Gay ends up playing (good chance his ankle is pretty swollen today - he landed on Cousins ankle last night, and stayed in the game but didn't look good... but he's tough and plays through a lot) - the back-up plan for Casspi is Tony Allen and Solomon Hill. Neither will put up 30 points, but they should be decent 15-20 points safety nets. Headed out for the day, might get home before late night games tip. Casspi is 30+ if he gets the tick. Good luck today.

With Rubio out, Mo isn't a bad option. He's the same price as George Hill, and I like George a little bit more, but they're about equal in terms of fantasy production.

Good luck, I had my original lineup with 3 guys from Ind/Cha and they had the lowest total of the day. So i switched to 3 DET guys instead. Snell and Meeks are my sleepers so I'm playing with FIRE today :doh1

I wouldn't do anything based on totals. I've said that before, but points are the least valuable things in daily scoring. Defense is the most valuable (blocks and steals). Possessions per game matter but not enough to swap out guys with great value like Marvin williams, Stephenson and henderson. I don't like starting all 3, but 2 of 3 I am using in almost everything l.

Don't like snell. His ceiling is 20 points at the most fantasy wise.. last night won't happen again for months. Aaron brooks will see the biggest minutes increase and they'll shift jimmy to the 3. T

Meeks is a big boom or bust guy but he can light it up.

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Meeks and young are more cee guys than timely guys. I like stat stuffers. Scoring is all dependent on usage rate, and shot attempts. Too inconsistent for me. Rebounds, assists, steals and blocks are about being active and i look for guys with good per 36 numbers in those cats that are cheap. I have played meeks a few times though because I trust his scoring more than others that are similar.

Naw, I usually do consistent guys. Might have used meeks once all year. I used young about 3-4 times cause he was undervalued a few weeks ago. I had hill in originally today and williams. With hibbert as my secret play.

But I went with Monroe/Augustin/Meeks stack instead. Guess we'll see how it works. I will know early if I'm done or not since DET is the first game lol

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

I can't really argue with any thing here since I agree :)

I have henderson in both FD and DK from that game. Played Hill at FD so i will still root for him. Going augustin over Hill will pretty much decide my night in DK today

Augustine at 7k is close to proper value now but I still used him in 1 because Minnesota plays an uptempo style and Augustin excels at that. Minnesota post defense isn't bad now that their healthy so I avoided Greg today. Gl, hopefully we can both win some $. My weekend just started too so beer, bud, grub and basketball kinda night.

I know, a lot of decisions for me in daily are 50-50 ones. Looks like a high scoring game so far. Surprised cousins is only 24% owned in FD big one . Wow

Re: Who has the best EOG team?

Man I should have trusted what I saw yesterday with gay. I knew he wouldn't play today. Bailed on casspi in a bunch because no news so went tony allen. Casspi will be 30+.
