Connecticut's Jasmine Thomas with a pair of steals and breakaway layups in the game's final 30 seconds.

You've heard of football's Pick 6's (interception returns for a touchdown), this was back-to-back Pick 2's.

Napheesa Collier of the Lynx is a thinker.

She says the biggest difference between the women's college game and the WNBA is the ability of players to read plays and passes before they happen.

Fowles v Griner is the featured match-up in the Lynx-Mercury game tonight.

No Taurasi, she's out after undergoing back surgery six weeks ago.

Halftime score: Lynx 32 Mercury 24.

Phoenix was only 1-for-10 from beyond the arc in the first half.

I like Indiana to beat Phoenix this Sunday night.

Hehe.

Final score: Minnesota 58 Phoenix 56.

Minny managed only nine fourth-quarter points.

Only 12 free-throw attempts in the entire game.

The refs let the ladies play.

Minnesota led by as many as 16 but only won by 2.

The Lynx did not score over the final four minutes of the game.

Similar story last week when Minnesota beat Dallas by 3.

Both games ended in a push.

Thanks for sharing, Blue.

Listening to a podcast now featuring Stephanie Dolson.

Two female sportswriters from the Sun-Times are hosting the podcast.

The ladies are complaining about the average annual salary ($6,200) of female athletes in the National Pro Fastpitch league.

Ugh.
