This is a highly debatable subject as some sports books will not engage on posting forums, whereas others tell me it has benefited them tremendously as far as customer acquisition and retention is concerned...
Personally, I LOVE seeing a representative from a quality sports book interact with us, but often the ones who don't, tell me they might put themselves in a LOSE-LOSE situation by posting...
Also, just because a sports book replies doen't mean they are any SAFER as past history points out. I remember CAMELOT'S owner, Mark Dell was quite the poster, yet his book went belly up...
Overall, I do think it is to a sports book's advantage to post because it makes me feel that if a dispute arises, they won't hide behind their monitor thousands of miles away...
But then again, if they conducted themselves porrly on here, it would scare me to do business with them...
