Yep, with Marvin Webster (the Eraser), John Johnson, Jack Sikma and 6th man Freddy (Downtown) Brown plus Slick Watts and Paul Silas.

1977-8 season I had tickets to the 7th game of the NBA Finals in Seattle. DJ went 0-14 from the field. A rare loss by the home team in the 7th game of a finals, didn't happen again in a major sport for about 25 years.

The next year the Sonics got their revenge Championship by beating the Washington Bullets in 5 games.

Garth Hudson the last surviving member of The Band died. The Band had many great songs but since this is a gambling website i will mention that one of their many great songs was "Up On Cripple Creek". Hudson was 87.
