I only know of Speedy because he was our liaison. If we had a problem with schools paying - we contacted Speedy and he got it taken care of. This was before Ref/Arbiter Pay. I had an issue with LosAl, I did a game in December and did not get paid for it even though I contacted them many times. I told Speedy. I got my money within 48 hours.
