It was the most winnable election EVER - for both parties. #IQ45 knew he was never going to beat Obama so he wisely did not run against him. He chose to run in 2016 when he knew he would not face an incumbent. Hillary knew 2016 was her best/last chance to do something she wanted for too-many-decades-to-count.......be POTUS. She knew 2016 was a great chance because she would tail a very popular POTUS who left a great economy for her. She also knew the chances of her beating an incumbent were slim.
The 2016 election is one that can be discussed for hours/day/weeks/months/years taking into account all aspects of it.
