Well boys we can safely assume that MadCapper isn't going anywhere because he's addicted to lies, bullshit and controversy. He has found himself in very good company here at EOG with the likes of Damian Dunlap (AKA Pastorsinalot), AK, Raiders and the others of his ilk. He will not admit to having his debts paid by others and I am factually aware of 2 instances where this was done for him and I firmly believe that the debt to Stevo was paid for MadCapper by a third party.
Senior union leadership has suggested a wait and see attitude towards EOG management at this time in regards to a full STRIKE action and posting stoppage with the consensus opinion being that Ken has a somewhat misguided soft spot for MadCapper and his antics. Furthermore, senior union leadership has for the time being advocated the following, the CHANGING of member's taglines to reflect displeasure of the MadCapper issue and the full and complete boycotting of ANY and ALL threads started by this individual.
Union leadership will be monitoring this issue closely and fully appreciates the leadership shown by Wrigley, Coconutman, Blacklab, PO69, Identity, BigDaddy, Clip Joint, Pancho Sanza, Kidslick (to name just a few) and many others who have brought the MadCapper issue front and center.
It is obviously the overwhelming opinion of the rank and file posters that MadCapper should be unilaterally BANNED from EOG and we move on from this matter.

look guys, I run of forum with over 13,000 members. It is a nursing/healthcare forum. I love 'em, but there are some real crazies.
I dealt with one lady for 2 freaking years. She would call me. She would call my advertising clients, she could email other users, she would post about it on other sites, etc.
I banned her. I banned her IP address(es). I banned her email addresses. I started requiring email verification, image verification, and admin approval before new users had the ability to post.
NONE OF IT WORKED.
You simply can't ban someone from posting. It's virtually impossible!
The best way to go about it is to let them stay under A NAME THAT YOU KNOW, so that you can monitor their actions to the best of your ability.
If you guys can't understand the reality of that, then there is nothing that can be done.
I'm just giving an UNBIASED opinion here, from someone who has been there before. I can definately empathize with Pete and the EOG admin here when I say you guys aren't helping the situation at all.

Shrink needs to know that money doesen't solve all the problems. Madcapper is a chronical liar and since the start the whole management was behind Madcapper. How is the rest of the forum supposed to feel? Pay his debts, cover him up as Flilibuster, what else? We try as a group to not show favoritism and be fair with all posters....I am sure most have done things they don't like in the past...and realistically we can only go by what has happened here.....we can't go dig stuff up from other sites......and be a Gossip Forum Like OGD.....There is nothing gambling related on that site save a few picks from time to time....it is always bitching and bashing other peeps and forums.....It is like the National Enquirer and that is not what this site will be.....WE try to stay on Gambling Issues and Treat all our posters the same.....Sure we have to slap some hands sometimes and tell peeps to calm down and stop some fires.....But I think the site does a great job of how it Handles things...and it is because of the Eperience at Moderating that the ones here have....And we are Headed by the the best in the Biz in General.....And he is a Great leader.....

FWIW guys, The decision lies with me. Any decision concerning this matter is on my plate. I am having a hard time with it.
With that being said, I do not think anyone can say that I particularly care for Madcapper posting here and I am certainly not trying to harbor a stiff or liar because of posts. I do not hate Madcapper nor anyone that comes to my mind this minute. Hating is not a good thing where I come from.
I was reading The Testament of Matthew (7) this morning once again about Condemning others... http://www.v-a.com/bible/matthew-7.html .
To be honest I do not know what to do about this situation.
It appears though that I will have to step up and make a decision of some type very soon.
I will share with you exactly what I shared with my partners earlier today.
I wish madcapper would just go away.
I do not like to be so blunt, rude or disrespectful to anyone, but at some time I have to address the situation and speak the truth about my feelings.
I want to do what is right and I have to make a decision which will allow me to sleep ok at night.

I have taken to heart what all of you said and I appreciate the great feedback...
The simple truth, like Jimmy H said, is I am torn and I do have a "soft" spot in my heart for madcapper...
He has been Iming me on a daily basis for over a month and as much as I didn't want to like him, I do and I have forgiven him despite knowing some horrible things he has done in the past...
He has also tried to post picks in our picks forums and be helpful when he can..
Now for THE TRUTH ABOUT THE DEBT TO STEVO...
A few days ago, I spoke with Stevo and I offered to pay back STEVO the entire 500 dollars that was owed to him by Madcapper..
When I mentioned that I MIGHT do this for Madcapper, Madcapper immediately paid off Stevo 250 dollars from his OWN Olympic acct without my knowledge...
Stevo emailed to tell me this...
I was shocked and also, I was extrememly impressed with the fact that he did that KNOWING ahead of time that had he not, I still would have paid his entire debt....
The last 250 came to Stevo yesterday from my neteller account. Madcapper has promised ME that he'd pay this back to me shortly. I will keep all of you informed...
Now what do we do?
I say let's ALL VOTE on this as a community...
This is a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE...
WE would be voting on whether or not someone has the RIGHT TO POST anymore here, and thus, we'd be deciding his destiny in a way....
To date, NO ONE HAS BEEN BANNED...
We will start a new thread in 5 minutes and all I ask is that if you do choose to vote, to do so in PUBLIC and to really think this out clearly...
I believe this to be FAIR....

Oh man I hate this drama. I have already made my feelings know about MC so there is no need to rehash them. I don't want to see Madcapper banned. I know he enjoys these forums (for the right reasons or wrong reasons I don't know but still) plus nothing stops him from coming back as a ghost.
I just want the RX model used here. I want the known stiff title under his name and for mods to move any and all picks from the main forum to the proper forum whatever eles i'll let the union leader hoffa to decide. Basically he is contained at the rx everyone knows who he is so if people chose to follow him well much like royal they've been warned.

In fact you just took on $250 of the debt he owed, $250 is peanuts to you so im sure you wont be posting on a regular bases that you have yet to be paid the $250.
Im sure stevo thought madcapper was a great kid to and talk to him daily on IM and sent him $500 for emergency rent when madcapper made up the story.
And even when he sent him half the debt he owed stevo he posted here that he did pay stevo back, making it sound like he paid it all himself. No thanks mention in his post to you for helping resolve this.
And no public apologie made to stevo on making up this phony story and stiffing him of the $500 in the first place.
