I guess india is cutting way way back on their russian oil purchases, on first glace you might think that's bad for russia, but the reality is they were purchasing discounted oil and reselling it to the morons in europe(and making a fortune).

Now the discount(if any) is far less and it's no longer profitable to do it. so they're stopping that scheme. The bottom line is the russians no longer need to offer oil at a big discount.
