I checked last night and shasta dam was releasing 120,000 gallons of water per second, 72 million per min, over 400 million gallons per hour heading towards the ocean.. Think about that, granted it's a long ways away but with proper planning they could do things to move water from where it's too wet to to dry.
That's what great nations do.

the fires would not have happen if trump was california governor dumbshit. the equipment would not have gone to ukraine, the water would not be going to ocean, the brush would have been cleared.
