I was watching this neighborhood last night on voluntary evacuation in San Fernando Valley.

It was a cul-de-sac with no outlet.

There must have been 20 cars within 5 minutes scoping out homes to loot.

Luckily neighbors were out there telling them to 'F' off, go home.

Guess what ethnicity in the cars?

100% correct.

Live in the wrong parts and LA fire insurance is akin to Florida flood insurance.

Insurance isn't about protecting anyone, it's about turning a profit.
