In CA......pets > people
I'd have to go through the series but I'm guessing over/under of 20 Litte House episodes with fire then Landon added to the total with Highway to Hell. He was obsessed with fire.

I suspect this is either fake or a reenactment, there's no reason to be filming this guy like that unless you already knew the dog was there, I assume there are other people staring at the rubble, are they filming them constantly too? that dogs long fur doesn't appear very sooty or singed either.
All it would have taken to stop the fire was enough people to try.
I believe a couple people did die trying the water hose thing, but that's because they were likely alone and everything around them went up, if you had a concerted effort, assisted with fire fighters(and enough water) they could have done it.
Ed Harris also lost his house , born and raised in North Jersey, great football player, Tenafly HS and later at Columbia.
Doesn't matter what they said, some people saved their houses with a garden hose, I saw one guy had a pump attached to his pool and was using his pool water - he saved his house.joe rogan and firemen do not say that
5,10,15,20 Milly homes, bye bye

I dont get it, the mortgage co requires ins, so if the house burns the ins should pay off the mortgage and what's left goes to the homeowner, they can then go get another loan to rebuild if they need it. What am I missing?Good luck deferring your mortgage payment.....if it's a bank, goodwill and positive media appeal, they might defer a few months,
a mortgage banker, doubt it, they want their money and could care less how it looks.
It's going to be a paper nightmare for these folks....

Thats brutal. May have ask migrants for a place to stay.Lenders only cover the structure, it's mandatory you rebuild or pay off the mortgage in full, before they release the insurance proceeds.
There's no auto pay-off.
The only auto pay off I know is mortgage life insurance when a spouse dies and payments go directly to pay off the mortgage.

Excellent, you apparently know how this works, so you can use the ins proceeds to rebuild, is that correct? But you'd still have to pay the mortgage while that's being done?Lenders only cover the structure, it's mandatory you rebuild or pay off the mortgage in full, before they release the insurance proceeds.

2200 a month for a 1 bedroom here in Huntington BeachThis is going to be a cluster fuck for people that don't have second homes, rents around there have already increased 30 percent.
It's a shame with tragedy like this people think they're on the panel of Shark Tank
