PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

wow, good luck man, i've been with you most of the year, and i'm not jumping off the wagon tonight. this is the highest things have gotten since i've been following. even with kazmir on the hill, no way the rays sweep on the road right? anyways, GO ORIOLES!!!!!

Thanks but tonight's loss stung abit. Hopefully you still have "your shirt". Never been a big fan of the avoid the sweep theory. BOL the rest of the season to you.

Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

METS and BALT lost tonight. 0-2-0, -$10,316

Records will be updated in the morning. Off the top of my head, myEOG record stands about $29,200 while overall is around $31,900. Tonight's loss stung but it has not been the worst this season. Already in play for Friday, August 31, 2007 is BALT > BOS. Game is slated for 705pm. The juice of the big three is between +200 and +205 - don't know if it will increase or decrease by game time but wanted to get while getting at least 2:1. Game is risking 100 unit's. Unless your roll can take another large hit, in the event BALT doesn't win, I'd avoid the larger play. System states this is the correct amount and I will not deviate from it - not even once this season. Good luck to all.

If one doesn't have anything positive to add to this thread, stay out. Yea, I'm a bit stressed but will survive tonights losses and ain't in the mood to read a bunch of non-sense when I return.

Damn, you got some balls. I probably would have called my mummie to cry ;) but you come back the next day with another large bet on a sloppy team lately with a rookie pitcher. 100 units what's that in $. Anyway I won't pray for you, perhaps that will give you the win. Good luck!

They been busted before but lets hope BALT holds the 9-3 lead. Don't think that yesterday's loss did not get my attention, it did but as previously mentioned yesterday is over/past, it's time to deal with today. FYI, I've been using $100 for the M.L.B. unit this season. Let's hope BALT finishes the game strong.

Cannon,

As previously mentioned a couple posts ago, if you have nothing positive to the thread, stay out. This will be the last time I address this issue with you. Plain ans simple, I don't have the time to deal with a putz like you.

Real simple, if you think BOS was the play tonight, how about saying why instead of the drivel you scribe. My method wins over the course of the full season, the same can not be said about you and your selections. I stand by my selections and have them out there several hours before many are even thinking about wagering upon a game. When I win, as BALT knocks off BOS, you will have no one to blame but yourself as I cash for over $20k.

Have a nice night & unless you have something positive to add to my thread, stay out LOSER!

Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

Looks like a winner, I sure hope you cash it!

Thanks you but the game's not over. Cashing tonight would make my night (over $20k) but the game is far from over.

I don't have any issues with folks disagreeing but when they try to get personal and/or not give credence as to why, I take offense and will respond. Everyone is welcome in my threads - all I ask is for is civility. Last night, I added the request for those who would not be positive to stay out. One choose not to follow to that request - one has seen what I think of people like that.

9-4 bottom of the 7th. Let's go O's!!!

I want winners...
Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

I like the O's tonight also, and I hope you played action, because the listed starter for Boston didn't go. They switched from Wakefield to Taveras. GL.

Congrats on your win. Every game is action unless pitchers are listed - just how I do it. After not cashing a few larger wagers a couple seasons ago, I made the switch to action instead of listed.

Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

Especially with BOS scoring a pair in the bottom of the ninth. :LMAONobody ever said it was going to be easy. A win, is a win, is a win, is a win no matter how one gets it. Stress level is way down.

Re: PacMan's 2007 MLB Thread

BALT won Friday. :party Records will be updated later this morning along with the day's action.

PacMan just curious what kind of betting you're running here. Do you chase on the games? Is there a certain system you use to come up with the games?

Every game is drawn from the method/system. The madness determines the amount. Win on the first play, one moves on. Lose the first, most likely, going to hit it again recouping the first lose plus profit amount/margin.

Looks like it's doing pretty well. I have a baseball chase system also. I used it to start out the MLB season and as soon as i got up 110 units i quit using it. Best of luck on your plays.

Thank you and yes it is. When you got up 110 units, why would you stop (unless you have something better or needed to take the cash)? Thank you and to you as well the rest of the season.

What's a math day?

Congrats on finally stopping that runaway Baltimore train. My hat's off to you, but I don't have what it takes to in effect be risking 10k to win $100. Any idea how I would have come out on your picks this year if I had only played the picks on the first day you released them? In other words I would only play $100 on every pick with no chasing. Just curious if there's a way I can benefit w/o chasing. Thanks.

Good Morning jacksonjohn,

A math day is when the numeric values for the month, day and two-digit year when an operation is applied form a correct and true math statement. In this case 09 - 02 = 07. Just something being a number cruncher that I picked up a long time ago. Another math day will be October 3, 2007 (10-3=7). They do not have to be just subtraction, they can be addition, division or multiplication as well.

Thank you but let me clarify the former train wreck a little. Units are $100 (per). To make this example be "easier", we'll say all the lines were +200. I risked 100 units and when BALT won had $20,000. Some would say "sick" for putting that much on a game, but it's what I do - I gamble and some days are better than others.

Sorry, I don't keep track of your request on the $100 per game as this is not how I play them. What I can tell you is I'm hitting over 52% of the games since posting here (and a little higher for all of them elsewhere). I do not flat-bet/wager and as you've seen don't do things the "conventional/normal way" and let my results speak for me. For here, I'm up $50,890. Another way to look at this would be I'm up 508.9 units - since not everyone has the same amount for a unit, each person's amount would be different. I prefer dealing with cash not units. Continued success to you the rest of the season.

Ouch, Florida Marlins had a great chance to take that one. That's unfortunate they couldn't seal the deal.

Wow, are you up almost 60k?? Is this your job? Amazing...

Only up $55,840 here and $58,520 for the season but you're right it is close. Yes, this is what do for a living. Please take note, you don't see attention whore type posts the success from this season and you won't. It is the belief one should be judged on their record for each site. I list the record for here and for the season so people can see a clearer picture. There is one site in which started posting shortly after the All-Star break and there am up $23,216. Yes, it has been a very good season so far but it's not completed. BOL the remainder of the season.
