Between the time of Covid arrival (Jan 13) and the time (Feb 2) of his badly planned and poorly rolled out travel ban of Chinese Nationals that did nothing at all to stop American permanent residents from re entry, quarantine or testing, 3 weeks of nothing.
From the time of the China travel ban until the time a National Emergency was declared (March 13), Trump did nothing. 6 weeks of nothing.

And I'll say this again since you clearly don't understand simple concepts... There was a clear quid pro quo for the Ukrainian payoff with Biden. If there's a large enough conspiracy to manufacture evidence to frame an incoming President, then there's certainly the possibility of doing the same to a prosecutor in Ukraine who was cleared of any wrongdoing by his own government.
And that certainly warrants an investigation.
