Slightly off topic but back in the day I used to go to a bar that only played country music, they did that to keep the blacks out, it worked like a charm except for 1 black guy who'd come in wearing a cowboy hat, he didn't cause any trouble (singles never do). At the end of the night he could always get some desperate, usually chubby white gal to leave with him.

Chicago certainly has placed all of the organization's chips on 22 black with that staff.
They have some really good players, but can't do much.
Chicago...Pres, GM, HC, OC, DC, Specials and QB.
I can only remember a few examples of HC, OC, DC, but this Chicago interim staff is a first for the NFL.
I believe Lovie had all black coordinators at Illinois and it was a disaster. Colorado with Jon Embree was the worst staff I ever remember (included Bienemy).
UCLA this year was black HC, OC and DC (also included Bienemy).
Herm Edwards at ASU was a real clown show too. Two years after Herm and his clown show departed ASU now is in the playoff LOL.
Byron Scott had an all black NBA coaching staff at New Orleans and they were terrible.

he took them to the playoffs twice and i believe it was the first two times in the history of their franchise.
he went 8 wins and 9 losses in the playoffs for them.

I have no horse in this race but as usual I do have a couple comments:
Of all the coaching staffs to serve as an example, the Bears, really? Wasn't this Coach Eber's team????
I don't recall a series of bigger chuckle-headed moves at the end of games since I started watching football.
I mean absolutely complete and total dumb fuck stuff. He was giving Staley a run for his money on stupidity, another white dude BTW.
Even with the benefit of time both of these clowns were either too stupid or too stubborn to admit they were wrong.
That kind of dumb shit permeates an organization, no way 4 of the greatest coaches in history is going to right that ship this year.
You want to judge how they do don't start in the very season they had one of the dumbest MF'ers coaching them to ever grace the sideline.
Solve by inspection, this mess belongs to Coach Eber and I think most objective Bear fans would admit that.

When the Bucs won it all in 2021 Coach Arians was of course HC but all the coordinators were black - OC, DC and ST's.
The next year he retired and Coach Bowles was promoted to HC, at that time the entire staff was black.
Yes, the HC, OC, DC and ST coaches were all black.
All Bowles has done is win the division every year since becoming the HC and picking up a playoff win or two as well.
Not bad considering we lost perhaps the greatest QB in history and changed him out with a dude that most around the NFL thought was through.
And did that with a black HC and all black staff.
Yes, this year we brought in a new OC and to be fair the offense has improved drastically, no question about it.
But overall the team is about the same spot we've been the last few years, going to the wire fighting for a playoff spot.
If you have a deep anger for the color of someone's skin at least recognize sports is probably the dumbest place to pursue your agenda.

He actually was a very good DC and the defense went into the toilet after he was fired. But clearly a bad head coach; that's the gamble one takes hiring a guy with no head coaching experience.
Really they should've fired him after last year. Yes, a nice 5-3 run to end the season but you are going to draft a QB with first overall pick and you decide to keep a HC and staff with one foot out the door? That's part of the dysfunction in Lake Forest.

However, if using the "brown paper bag test" something American blacks have used, they would not be labeled as being black.
Australia and UK would label them as quadroon or quarteron and I believe that qualifies as being black.

Raheem Morris was a quota hire his first time around in Tampa. Ok his team was awful...many great coaches initially struggle. He was labeled as a future star after being on the Falcons staff as a position coach that made it to a Super Bowl.
He later landed with McVay in LA. I assumed he learned a few things while with McVay and they were in Washington together as position coaches. .
ATL gave him a second shot as a HC and the Falcons have greatly under performed this season.

yesterday's game illustrated perfectly my dumb coach theory, that idiot campbell kept going for it on 4th down, sometimes in absurd situations, and he got lucky and they succeeded.
If your team is really good you can get away with it(for awhile), doesn't change the fact it's dumb as hell, in the playoffs against a much better opponent he'll do it again and blow the game.
