Put the tape on between Miami and Jets. Fitzpatrick not having the talent and tools Trubusky has is accurate.
There was a Burris game in champaign...going to those games there sucked..where I needed the Bears to get shuout to cash a bet...they obliged.Todd Collins, Henry Burris, Cade McNown, Rick Mirer.....

An offshore book offered a group of 4 teams and I bet tbe bears to score the fewest. One of teams scored 3
Most every ranking had him in the middle of the 1st round. Looking back of some of these, have to wonder why some rise and fall so much.Peolle keep on bringing up Mahomes. Mahomes wasnt even on peoples radar at the top. Watson is the one they should lose sleep over. Pace should lose sleep over.

Thats the game I won my bet on.If I remember correctly, there was a game in Champaign that Burris started in which the Bucs came in having never won a game in under 32 degree weather. Many forget that Tampa was in the old NFC Central for many years, along with the Bears, Packers, Vikings and Lions so they had plenty of opportunities. But this was 2002 and even the sub freezing temps couldn't stop that Tampa team.
I still maintain if there was a good offensive line the offense would be functional.
Olin Kreutz breakdown of the first half...it was all on the offensive line... not one play was on Mitch

This. 1000X this. The QB is the biggest determinant in OL play. Crap QB's make OL's look worse than they are, good ones make them look better. I used to buy into the OL is the be all and end all crap, until NE 2007-2009. It was the same OL. In 2007 with Brady, he was sacked 21 times. In 2008 with Matt Cassel, sacked 47 times, worst in the NFL. In 2009 with Brady, sacked 16 times. Did the OL go from great, to league worst, to great again. Or was the QB the main determinant? The answer is obvious, and it cured me of always blaming an OL for a teams offensive ills.Offensive lines tend to look like shit when your QB can't read defenses..............
What a weak minded wimp.Did you catch this?
LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky wants televisions turned off inside Halas Hall to insulate the struggling team from outside criticism.
Teams just don’t let OL’s test FA either. It’s just as important to a team as a qb. The Bears probably kept Kyle Long two years too long, but there are few options. The limited practice time is a very good point.This. 1000X this. The QB is the biggest determinant in OL play. Crap QB's make OL's look worse than they are, good ones make them look better. Fact is nowadays there are very few good to great OL's(Dallas, NO) anymore. The majority of them are mediocre or worse, because of College rules and lack of NFL practice time. Good and Great QB's overcome it, crap ones don't. Current Eli would still be garbage behind Dallas's OL. Russell Wilson would still be great behind the Giants OL.
Another loss most likely, stafford is playing pretty well, unlike Trubisky, Stafford has some talent at QB, in that he can actually make throws. He and the Bears have made national news for how bad the offense is. It will be interesting to see what transpires against Detroit on Sunday.
I teased them with Bama and Penn St.The Lions look good in a tease, not sure who to pair them with, but I'll almost for sure open a tease with them
I dont like teasing college games but I agree with Kane. Detroit looks really good in a teaser, crossing over 3 and 7.
I’m not really big on them either but all I need is a win, and I can’t see either of those two losing.I dont like teasing college games but I agree with Kane. Detroit looks really good in a teaser, crossing over 3 and 7.

some of his harshest critics are saying how innocuous trubisky's comment was
I listened to the press conference live and thought nothing of the comment ...then I see it on the ESPN crawl....silly
